What information do we collect?

When you register with us as a customer or a job seeker we ask you to give us your name, e-mail address and other personal information that will be needed to supply our services to you. We may use your personal data to contact you in relation to your particular enquiry or in order to update you on information that we believe may be of interest to you. For job seekers we have a particular service called Jobmail and for our customers we have the ability to update you on new CV’s we have received, both services are explained below. Information that is collected on-line is either general information relating to customers and job seekers as a group from which you are anonymous and no individual is identifiable or personal information where you can be identified. General information such as the number of visitors to our site and which category of job they are seeking to apply for or to be filled is gathered in order to help us enhance the service that is offered to you.

Personal information from which you can be identified will only be used by us for the purpose of providing you with the service that you have requested. We may share general and personal information with other companies that are associated with NSES Limited.

CV’s

If you are a job seeker you have an option with regard to your CV and how this is treated on the site and within our database. You may opt to have your CV available on our search database in which case our customers who have registered with us will have full access to your CV by searching our database. In these circumstances our customers will be able to download and copy your CV into their own systems. We are not responsible for the security of your CV once it has been downloaded by our customers.

Alternatively, you may choose to use your CV to apply for a job on line but not to make your CV generally searchable by others.

We are concerned to protect our site and our security systems are designed to ensure that only genuine enquirers are able to register as customers to view our database. However, we will not be liable to you in the event of our database being accessed by those who, for example, gain access illegally or as a result of misrepresenting to us the capacity in which they are registering. You may change the status of your CV at any time so that it is no longer generally searchable.

Jobmail

Job seekers have the option to be notified of new job opportunities as they are registered by our customers on the site either on a daily or weekly basis. You may remove yourself from this service at any time.

CV Mail System

Customers have the option to be notified of new CV’s as they are registered by job seekers on the site. You may remove yourself from this service at any time.

Payment Details

Any information provided by customers in connection with any transaction regarding their credit or debit card numbers, expiry date and billing address will be used to process the transaction. Your credit or debit card details (other than your name and billing address) are not known to us. Your credit or debit card details are processed on our behalf by Bank of Ireland and stored on a secure server operated by Bank of Ireland. Because we do not hold any records of your credit or debit card details you will be asked to supply these details for each separate transaction

Use of Cookies

We do not use cookies for collecting user information from our site and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration and otherwise as described above. Please note that our site contains hypertext links to other sites operated by other people who may use cookies for stated purposes.
